The 9th Annual Conference of the Asian Privacy Scholars Network (APSN) will be held at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Hsinchu, Taiwan from August 15 to 16, 2024. The conference is held collaboratively by NTHU, Singapore Management University Yong Pung How School of Law (SMU Law), and the American Society of International Law (ASIL)’s International Law & Technology Interest Group.
The 2024 conference focuses on the interplay between international law and comparative law in the context of data governance in the Asia-Pacific region. We invite original, unpublished abstracts including but not limited to these topics:
